- Down Syndrome care Centre
The Down Syndrome Care Centre seeks to develop health, psychological and educational services for Down syndrome in cooperation with the concerned authorities, provide direct and indirect support for Down syndrome, their parents and their families, clarify the true picture of Down syndrome, establish an information center to support and encourage studies, research and services of interest to Down’s syndrome, work to overcome the difficulties facing the education and rehabilitation of Down syndrome in cooperation with the concerned authorities and strengthening relations with professional and civil associations, clubs and children’s schools with special needs.

- Bahrain Mobility International
Bahrain Mobility International is a social, general and non-profit making center located in Isa Town and run entirely on charitable donations. Established in 1979, it provides social rehabilitation and services to the disabled in Bahrain. The BMI center also offers training workshops to those with special needs and helps them to produce goods for sale or exhibition. The BMI center has a kindergarten nursery for children aged 3 – 6 years attached to it which prepares the children for actual school studies.

Migrant Workers Protection Society’s (MWPS) Mission Statement is to seek to help expatriate workers in Bahrain achieve their basic human rights in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
They are the only local, registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Bahrain that works exclusively in support of expatriate workers of all nationalities.

Friendship Society for the Blind aims to train students of all ages and nationalities who suffer with visual impairments. The charity does this by integrating children into the mainstream education system, and society. Friendship Society for the Blind holds daily kindergarten classes; providing transportation from all over Bahrain to bring individuals with visual impairments together to socialize, and to learn life and vocational skills.

The Saudi-Bahraini Institute for the Blind is a registered charitable trust, now located in IsaTown in The Kingdom of Bahrain and has been working for people with disability in general and visually impaired in particular for the past 45 years. The Saudi-Bahraini Institute for the Blind’s mission is to assist visually impaired individuals and enable them to lead independent and dignified lives through Education, Training & Assistive Technology.
